Orders will be delivered to the school and distributed to the students in their classrooms by the PTA.  The orders will be processed as a group after the completion of the sale.  The spirit wear will be delivered before the Winter Break. 


Step One:  Fill Out Your Delivery Ticket Below


    Please fill in your Name, Phone, Grade and Teacher  and hit the submit button BEFORE placing your order so your PTA Spiritwear volunteer can deliver your order directly to your child's classroom.  

    You only have to fill this form out one time.  After adding an item to your cart, PayPal will return you to the home page of the store.  Re-enter the Belle View  Spirit Wear store.  You can then skip filling out the form a second time and scroll down to continue shopping.  

    If you are a teacher or staff member, please put your name in both the student's name and Teacher's name boxes and then select Teacher/Staff from the drop down menu under Grade.  ​
