STEP 1 - Fill out the delivery ticket


    Please fill in your Name, Your student's name, Phone, Grade and Teacher  and hit the submit button BEFORE placing your order so your Spirit Wear volunteer can deliver your order directly to your student.

    If you are a teacher, please enter your name as both the student's name and teacher's name.  If you are a staff member, put your name as the Student's Name and put Main Office as the Teacher's name.
