Step One: Fill Out Your Delivery Ticket Below

Please fill in your Name, Phone, Grade and Teacher and hit the submit button BEFORE placing your order so your PTA Spiritwear volunteer can deliver your order directly to your child's classroom.

You only have to fill this form out one time. After adding an item to your cart, PayPal will return you to the home page of the store. Re-enter the Bailey's Spirit Wear store. You can then skip filling out the form a second time and scroll down to continue shopping.

If you are a teacher or staff member, please put your name in both the student's name and Teacher's name boxes and then select Teacher/Staff from the drop down menu under Grade.

This Bailey's short sleeve tee is available in Royal Blue and will be decorated with a full size Bailey's logo on the front. It will also have a #BUPPER in white on the back. These shirts are available in both Adult and Youth Sizes.

Bailey's Long Sleeve Tee

The Bailey's long sleeve tee is available in Royal Blue with a full size Bailey's logo on the front. These shirts are available in both Adult and Youth Sizes. Please make the appropriate size selection from the drop down menu below.

Bailey's Tie Dye

This short sleeve tie dye t-shirt will have a Bailey's logo on the front. It is available in both Adult and Youth sizes. Your color options are Royal Blue or Orange. Please make your selection for the size and color from the drop down menus below.

Bailey's Long Sleeve Tie Dye
